Introduction
The County Government of Homa Bay has launched a Cotton Aggregation Center and Tractor Transport system in Magare, Homa Bay West Ward. This infrastructure is set to improve cotton marketing for area farmers, aligning with the county's commitment to enhance the cotton value-chain in the county.

These services will boost incomes, attract investment in the cotton industry and incentivize expanded production. This enables broad-based economic growth.

For Magare residents, the project brings tremendous benefits. The improved cotton marketing services allow farmers to save time and money transporting crops, get fair prices through aggregated sales, and focus more on cultivation. Higher productivity and profits will uplift incomes, food security and overall welfare. This project empowers the county's cotton producers.
