Its core objective is cost-effective representation, oversight, and legal advice to improve service delivery. Key functions include prosecuting and defending court cases on behalf of the county, formulating and reviewing bills and policies, reviewing Standing Orders, and supporting County Assembly legislative processes, aligned with SDG 16 on Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.
