This department manages county resources through prudent planning, budgeting, and utilization of public funds. It strengthens supply chain management, project management systems, and resource mobilization. Key priorities include establishing an Internal Revenue Board, operationalizing financial governance structures, developing a Resource Mobilization Strategy, accelerating fund requisitions, and promoting evidence-based decision-making. It coordinates the CIDP process and leads intergovernmental fiscal relations.
