It strengthens supply chain management, project management systems, and resource mobilization. Key priorities include establishing an Internal Revenue Board, operationalizing financial governance structures, developing a Resource Mobilization Strategy, accelerating fund requisitions, and promoting evidence-based decision-making. It coordinates the CIDP process and leads intergovernmental fiscal relations
