Our Commitment to Service
Mr. Isaiah O. Okoto is a seasoned educationist and strategic public service leader from Homa Bay County, born on 22nd December 1967. He holds a Bachelor of Education (Arts) from Maseno University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education Management (KEMI). With over three decades of experience, he rose through the Teachers Service Commission to Senior Graduate Teacher, served as Deputy Principal and Principal, and was a Senior Examiner with KNEC (2003–2023). He has undertaken leadership and ethics training and represented Kenya internationally. He currently chairs the Homa Bay County Public Service Board, providing strategic oversight in human resource governance.
